Our loop
Three stages. A 30-minute intro call to align on what we both want. A short take-home you can finish in two evenings — we pay for your time on it. And a final on-site (or video) day with a walkthrough of your take-home plus a values conversation with two people you would actually work with.
What we are looking for
We care more about taste and judgement than "can you reverse a binary tree." The take-home is open-ended on purpose — we want to see what you ship when nobody is grading you on a rubric.
What we will not do
We will not ask you to whiteboard data structures. We will not run a culture-fit panel that boils down to "would I get a beer with this person." We will not extend an offer without you having spent real time with the people you would work with daily.
