The problem we were solving.
Main-office staff entered hundreds of parcels a day by hand and settled branch money on paper. Fees, returns and payments had to be reconciled per branch.
02 — Approach
How we thought about it.
- 01Money model agreed with the owner first: delivery fee only, branch owes main office, returns deducted.
- 02Keyboard one-by-one entry with resumable drafts; “Send” locks the dispatch.
- 03Documents printed in Kurdish Sorani with Western digits, as used in the business.
03 — Solution
What we built.
A web platform the main office uses daily, with branch balances always up to date and a V2 rebuild under way for branch logins and customer tracking.
