The problem we were solving.
Main-office staff entered hundreds of parcels a day by hand and settled branch money on paper. Fees, returns and payments had to be reconciled per branch.
How we thought about it.
Money model agreed with the owner first: delivery fee only, branch owes main office, returns deducted. Keyboard one-by-one entry with resumable drafts; “Send” locks the dispatch. Documents printed in Kurdish Sorani with Western digits, as used in the business.
What we built.
A web platform the main office uses daily, with branch balances always up to date and a V2 rebuild under way for branch logins and customer tracking.
