Terms of Service

Quantum Technology is a technology company based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Quantum Technology, and “you” means the person or organisation using the site or sending us an inquiry. You can reach us at info@quantumkrd.com or +964 750 518 7969.

You may read, share and link to any public page. When you use the site, you agree not to:

• send spam, automated submissions or false information through the contact form;
• try to access the administration area or any account that is not yours;
• probe, scan or overload the site, or interfere with how it works for others;
• copy the site’s content in bulk or present it as your own.

We may block access from anyone who does these things.

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to work together. It starts a conversation.

Any estimate, timeline or price we give before a signed agreement is a good-faith indication based on what we know at that point. It is not a fixed quote. A written proposal states its own validity period; if it does not, it is valid for 30 days.

Paid work starts only when both sides sign a written agreement or statement of work. That agreement sets the scope, price, payment schedule, delivery, ownership of the work and support terms for that project.

If the signed agreement says something different from this page, the signed agreement wins.

The text, design, graphics, code, videos and the Quantum Technology name and logo on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Case studies and videos are published with our clients’ consent. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to those clients. Showing them here does not mean you may use them.

We keep the site accurate, but it is a description of our work, not a promise about a specific result for your project. Product screens, demos and figures in case studies show what was true for that client at that time. The site is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website or relying on its content, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Liability for project work is set by the signed agreement for that project, not by this page.

Some pages link to sites we do not run, such as client websites or app stores. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

What we collect through the site and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts of Erbil have jurisdiction.

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly. Changes never alter a signed agreement that is already in force.
