Privacy Policy

Quantum Technology is a technology company based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@quantumkrd.com or +964 750 518 7969.

If you send us an inquiry through the contact form, we store what you typed into it: your name, your email address, your company name if you gave one, the service you selected, your project summary, and the optional budget, timeline and context fields. If you ticked the box asking for occasional engineering and product updates, we store that choice too.

We also store, alongside each inquiry:

• A reference code so you and we can refer to the same inquiry.
• A one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the address itself. The hash exists only to enforce a limit of three submissions per address per 24 hours, which is what keeps the form from being used for spam.
• The date and time the inquiry arrived.

If you only read the site, we do not collect anything about you. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and no profile built about your visit.

To answer you. An inquiry is used to review your project, prepare a reply and arrange a discovery conversation. If you opted in to updates, we also use your email address for occasional engineering and product news — and for nothing else.

We do not sell inquiry data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties involved are the companies that host the site, the database and our email — they process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We keep an inquiry while we are in conversation with you and afterwards as a business record. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it — see below. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it.

The public site sets no tracking cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. If we add website analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool that does not identify individual visitors.

The administration area at /dashboard uses a session cookie, which is strictly necessary for staff to stay signed in. It is not set for ordinary visitors.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your inquiry and your contact details;
• stop sending you updates (this one takes effect immediately).

Email info@quantumkrd.com from the address you used, and include your reference code if you have it. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiries are stored in a managed database that is not reachable from the public internet, and only administrators who are signed in can read them. Delivery failures are logged on the server without the content of your message.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
